Privacy policy

Short version: I collect only what you send me, I use it only to evaluate and handle your matter, and I do not sell it to anyone.

What this site collects

This website collects information only when you choose to send it — through the contact form, by email, or by calling. That includes your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you tell me about your situation.

The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone. If analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate page traffic only and are not used to identify you personally.

How the information is used

Information you submit is used to evaluate your potential claim, to respond to you, and — if you become a client — to represent you. Communications with a prospective client are treated as confidential, but please note that submitting a form does not create an attorney-client relationship (see the disclaimer).

Sensitive information

Please do not send full account numbers, Social Security numbers, or other highly sensitive identifiers through the website form. If those documents are needed, we will arrange a secure way to exchange them.

Cookies and storage

This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. Any browser storage used is strictly functional — for example, remembering that a menu was open.

Third parties

The site is hosted on Cloudflare, and form submissions are delivered by an email service provider. Those providers process data solely to deliver the site and the message. Links to outside websites — FINRA, the SEC, bar associations — are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

Your choices

You may ask me to delete information you have sent, at any time, unless I am required to retain it as part of a client file or by professional rules. Write to Ms. Stoneman or call (719) 783-0303.
